Any dispute relating to the use of this site is subject to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is in Switzerland.

Contest Rules

• – The Fantasy 26 contest is organised by DevFactory Sàrl, Av. Louis-Ruchonnet 2, 1003 Lausanne (hereinafter "the Organiser").
• – Participation is free and open to any natural person aged 18 or over, with the exception of DevFactory Sàrl employees, who are excluded from the leaderboard and from any prize allocation.
• – Prizes are awarded to the top three players in the overall leaderboard at the end of the 2026 FIFA World Cup final stage. In the event of a tie on points, the recipient will be selected by random draw among the tied participants.
• – The Organiser's decisions regarding the leaderboard, prize allocation, and any matter relating to the contest are final and binding. No judicial or extrajudicial recourse may be exercised against them.
• – Prizes are strictly personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
• – The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time, in particular in cases of force majeure, proven fraud, or circumstances beyond its control, without participants being entitled to any compensation.
• – Personal data collected in connection with the contest is processed in accordance with the site's privacy policy and used solely for the purposes of contest management.
• – These rules are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud.
